Al-Taj News – Ministry of Labor spokesperson Mohammad Al-Zyoud confirmed that the unified electronic employment contracts for private schools and kindergartens remain in effect, denying the validity of reports circulating about their cancellation.
The ministry explained, in a statement issued Thursday, that the collective employment contract addendum deposited with it confirms the continuation of these contracts until July 2027.
Al-Zyoud warned against failing to comply with the unified electronic employment contracts in private schools and kindergartens, stressing that the ministry will take legal action against those who fail to comply.
Warning Against Fake Job Advertisements
In a separate context, Al-Zyoud warned against fake job advertisements posted on social media, stressing that they are not issued by the Ministry of Labor, but rather exploit the ministry’s name in a misleading manner.
He explained that when the Ministry of Labor announces job opportunities, it publishes them through its website or its official and verified social media platforms, and does not request any banking or financial information.
He called on job seekers to beware of these fake advertisements and verify the authenticity of job opportunities through the Ministry of Labor’s website or its official and verified social media platforms.
